Ferocious Warmth Leadership Group Mentoring Program
November 2024 – April 2025
I’ve been excited over the past few years to be able run these Ferocious Warmth Mentoring groups. There is so much genius in women leaders I know.

How Ferocious Warmth Is Changing Leadership For Women
Working with you and the other ladies in the group has just been such an amazing experience. Reading your book and doing the sessions has made me reflect and realise how out of balance I was and I have been working hard in finding that balance again. Thank you again for believing in me, thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you, the value add to my professional and personal growth has just been too amazing for words. I feel incredibly blessed for this season in my journey.
Amy Fenton, Swiss International Scientific School, Dubai
The opportunity to connect, learn and seek counsel from other leaders in different industry sectors provided some great organisational insights and personal reflection. Tracey’s facilitation and questioning pushes you to thinking about how you show up, triggers for your leadership style and how you can get the best out of others whilst being true to ‘you’. Was great fun to connect with a diverse group of women.
Jodie Hill, General Manager, Pacific Hydro
It was a great privilege to participate in Tracey’s Ferocious Warmth Group Mentoring Program. The program came right at the time when I felt I really needed that extra bit of input and support in my leadership. The women in the program were dynamic and inspiring. Tracey expertly led the conversation, challenging us and offering support and encouragement. I came away feeling empowered and affirmed as a leader after each session. I thank Tracey and the group for this, and I look forward to participating in another of Tracey’s programs.
Daniella Maddalena, Principal, St Columba’s Primary School
Through Tracey’s brilliant mentoring style which was both inspiring and thought-provoking, I now have the skills to understand how to reach my full career potential. The journey left me with the knowledge of the importance of self-compassion and deep reflection to be a true Ferocious Warmth Leader. Totally enjoyed the program and would recommend it to all leaders from any sector.
Vivien Vasic, Monash Health
To people who are thinking about joining a Ferocious Warmth group I would say go for it. This was by far one of the most fabulous Professional Development opportunities I have had. The opportunity to spend time developing myself as a leader and embracing my strengths and flaws has made me a much stronger and more resilient leader. Tracey is down to earth and connected which makes her a true treasure. The opportunity to connect with a small group of leaders around the nation was awesome.

This program is open to women in leadership positions who are keen to strengthen their leadership impact and willing to do a deep dive on what they bring to their world. They are women who want to realise their purpose and influence in their roles and in their whole lives. They want to create the future, not stand by and watch mediocrity and status quo keep us all small.
This is NOT a journey for leaders who are wanting:
– a step by step, pre-designed leadership development program, with no differentiation
– one way delivery where the participants are passive receivers
– consumption not contribution
– surface learning
It IS however, for leaders who are after:
– rich dialogue about the real world challenges of leadership
– a framework that can guide the discussion (in this case Ferocious Warmth and associated tools and frameworks)
– an opportunity to learn and grow with leaders from diverse backgrounds
– a journey of collaborative learning rather than a lockstep series of seminars
– opportunity to contribute to a leadership learning community
– deep reflection and discussion
– activating their influence and power as a leader
As well as context-driven discussion, we will deep-dive into:
– personal purpose and conviction
– what self-compassion really looks like
– understanding the sabotage games the voices in our head play
– how to centre ourselves when out of balance
– the language of Ferocious Warmth leaders who capture heads AND hearts
Leaders who have impact in their world create the future, by building the four characteristics of Ferocious Warmth:
EXPANSIVE
CONNECTED
AUTHENTIC
COURAGE
This program will assist you in developing further impact in your leadership, moving up towards Activator level – someone who creates and activates the future with those around them with conviction and purpose.

What will it all look like?
Each cohort is slightly different and is not limited by industry or geographical location, as long as you can make the call times you are welcome in the coaching room. This also means that every time the program is run we cover slightly different topics and go deep on what is going to benefit you, the participant, the most.
A small, intimate group of female leaders who have been handpicked by Tracey to ensure that everyone gets the most out of this experience.
Each intake will begin with a 1:1 onboarding call with Tracey to get clear on what you want to work on across the program.
4 x 2hr online sessions where you will gather as a group and Tracey will lead you through conversations that will challenge you to explore new ideas and concepts.
Resources to help you explore the concepts you cover in more detail.
A 30 minute debriefing session with Tracey once the program is finished so that you know what you can continue to work on and to ensure you feel supported even when you are no longer meeting with your group

The opportunity to work with Tracey through the Ferocious Warmth Leadership program came at the perfect time for me. When I applied to join the program I was a Deputy Principal aspiring to principalship. A week before the program commenced I had started my first Principal position. Working with Tracey and a group of inspiring women I was able to learn more about who I want to be as a leader and be able to articulate what that looks like in practice. I was able to sit with the difficult questions, reflect on our conversations and readings and clarify where to next in my leadership journey.
I am more aware of my Achilles heel (or saboteurs) and what to do when they rear their ugly heads and am growing more confident in my strengths and how to use them.
The opportunity to spend time with a group of like-minded women and see each other grow, to talk honestly without fear of criticism and to be encouraged was so valuable. I looked forward to our sessions together and know that it was the right ‘professional learning’ at the right time for me.
Thank you Tracey!
